Make a donation to United Way or your favorite nonprofit

When you give $1,000 in one year ($39 per paycheck*) through United Way to one of our focus areas or your favorite nonprofit, you are a Leadership Giver.

Tocqueville Society

The Tocqueville Society is named for the 18th century French explorer, Alexis de Tocqueville, who wrote about the generosity of the American spirit. A national group, the society promotes the importance of community service and personal giving. When you give $10,000 in one year ($385 per paycheck*) through United Way to one of our focus areas or your favorite nonprofit, you become a member of our local chapter.

Women in Philanthropy

Women in Philanthropy members dedicate their time and creative energy to giving and volunteer activities that directly benefit foster youth in our region. They also network with other Leadership Givers at regularly sponsored events.

Emerging Leaders

Emerging Leaders are young or young-at-heart professionals who are social with a purpose. They join together across varying backgrounds and industries to create lasting change in our community through hands-on volunteer opportunities, innovative leadership trainings and inventive networking events.
