A native of Northern California and long-time leader in the regional community, Steve Heath became President & CEO of United Way California Capital Region in November of 2004.

Prior to joining United Way, Heath served as the Executive Director of the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area, the Federal Government’s Washington, DC, work place giving campaign that raised nearly $56 million in 2004.

Heath also was Chief Administrative Officer of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association in Chicago, Vice President for Communications of Sutter Health in Sacram
